SAW-Z系列螺柱焊接自动化平台是一种高精度、高效率全自动数控螺柱焊接系统.3轴传动均采用高精度滚珠丝杆线性模组,运行稳定,定位精度高,使用寿命长;控制系统采用工业级工控电脑主板及运动控制卡,交流伺服驱动;焊机选用SAW-D型储能焊接机(也可配SAW-3600A型DSP高频逆变螺柱焊机).Z轴由电机驱动,可配一把焊枪或多把焊枪.

SAW-Z series of stud welding automation platform is an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency. 3-axis is driven through linear guidance with ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high positioning accuracy ang long life of the system. the control system uses the industry-level industrial computer mainboard, motion control card and AC servo drive, while the welding machines use SAW-D capacitor discharge welding machine (also with SAW-3600A DSP-based high-freuency inverter stud welder).Z-axis which is a motor-driven, can be euipped with one or more guns.
